Strategy presentation

The heart of the Brand Camp process is the Strategy Presentation which I lead the development of with the key client lead.

Key Issues document

This is where we start, identifying the 3 Key Issues the brand faces to produce focused objectives and what success looks like.

Brand Camp workshop

This is where we involve key stakeholders for an intensive 2 day structured workshop. You won’t believe how much we achieve.

Leadership Presentation(s)

Key to all strategy development is bringing your leadership team along with you in the process, but in a way that is an efficient use of their time. This normally involves one or two presentations.

Master Brand Creative Brief

This provides guidance for all brand and performance marketing and is written once the Strategy Presentation is complete.

Brand Book

This is a key tool that shares the strategy in an executable and inspirational format for employees and partners. If required it can also include updated brand identity guidelines.

World Class Brand Identity refresh

Some clients need a brand identity refresh as an output from the Brand Camp process. We work with designers who have helped Fortune 500 companies become more distinctive.

Campaign development

(if required)

Similarly, some clients need a creative campaign as an output from the Brand Camp process. We have developed campaigns for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Campaign production

(if required)

We can also handle the production of the creative campaigns, working with outstanding production partners at various budget levels.
